Business & Development

Plymouth YMCA administered a budget of £1,972,000 during the 2010-2011 fiscal year.

We receive income via a number of streams that include paying users of our services; contracts; grants; statutory authority; charitable giving; and sponsorship. Each of these gives rise to further opportunities for collaboration, partnership and engagement.

The Business & Development Office seeks to diversify our funding sources, deepen our relationships with the community, and expand our networks within the private, non-profit, and statutory arenas.

Our programmes and services are geared to providing people of all ages, particularly the young and vulnerable, the support they need to grow, contribute and thrive.

Across the breadth of our provision are ample opportunities for socially responsible businesses and philanthropists within our community to engage in life changing programmes and services.
